We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Waste Traffic Marshall. This dual-role position involves both monitoring waste deliveries and managing site traffic to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Waste Monitoring:Capture photographs of non-conforming waste deliveries to ensure compliance with site standards.

• Traffic Marshalling:Oversee and direct site traffic to maintain safety and efficiency during operational hours.

Working Hours:

• Days:Monday to Saturday

• Hours:07:00 - 16:00

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate:£12.21 per hour (National Living Wage for workers aged 21 and over, effective from 1 April 2025)

Requirements:

• Age:21 years or older

• Language Skills:Fluent in English, with strong communication skills essential for effective site coordination.

• Experience:Previous experience in traffic marshalling or waste management is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Personal Qualities:A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
