Are you an experienced Van Driver with a passion for making a difference? Our client, a dynamic and growing waste management company based in Streatham, South West London, is looking for dedicated drivers to join their team. Operating within the M25 area, they specialize in delivering exceptional commercial waste solutions with a commitment to environmental sustainability.

Position: Waste Van Driver
Location: Streatham, South West London
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Start Time: Between 6:45 am and 8 am
Finish Time: Weekdays: Between 3 pm and 6 pm | Saturdays: Between 2 pm and 4 pm
Salary: £13.85 - £15.85 per hour (including attendance bonuses based on performance and online reviews)

About the Role:
As a Van Driver, you'll play a vital role in our client’s operations, collecting and transporting commercial waste across London. Your responsibilities will include:

• Navigating London’s roads efficiently to complete scheduled waste pickups.
• Handling and lifting waste, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Representing the company professionally while contributing to a cleaner and greener London.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of commercial van driving experience in London, with a strong understanding of the area.
• Physical fitness to handle and lift heavy loads.
• A valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
