Job Description - Waste Water Technology consultant - Programme Lead

I'm looking for a Waste Water Programme consultant to work on shaping the future of my client's wastewater function through smarter use of data and technology. This role begins with a 2–3 month discovery phase to assess current capabilities, identify gaps, and build a strategic delivery roadmap—ideally transitioning into a programme delivery role.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of IT strategy, data project experience, and stakeholder engagement. Utilities sector experience is a necessity.

Key requirements:

Experience translating business needs into IT strategy and delivery plans
Strong background in data projects and capability mapping
Excellent communication skills across executive and operational levels
Ability to work independently and bring structure to complex environments
Familiarity with AMP8 or regulated industries (preferred)
