What’s on offer:

-£310-£395 per day (experience dependent).

-Hybrid working - part office, part home, part on-site.

-Long-term contract with steady project work.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and assess sites needing wayleave agreements.

-Negotiate access rights with landowners and tenants.

-Keep clear, accurate records.

-Visit sites to check conditions and compliance.

-Help resolve any access issues for project teams.

-Ensure all agreements meet legal standards.

What we are looking for:

-Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

-Basic knowledge of land access rights, property boundaries, and utility infrastructure.

-Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks across multiple locations.

-High attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.

-Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
