Overview
We are seeking a Web Ecosystem Consultant to evaluate, optimize, and enhance our organization’s web presence and digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing, SEO, analytics, content strategy, and platform integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and optimize the performance of existing websites and digital platforms
• Advise on best practices for website architecture, CMS, and SEO
• Coordinate across teams to align web strategy with business goals
• Analyse user behavior and recommend improvements for UX and engagement
• Identify and integrate third-party tools and technologies to improve digital capabilities
• Provide guidance on content strategy, web governance, and analytics tracking

Experience:
This role involves specialized product support and solutions, proactively managing partner adoption, and rigorously testing new web products.
Responsibilities include partner outreach, support, feedback, success story development, and outreach material creation. Daily tasks involve partner relationship management, collaboration with product teams, and feedback collection.

Essential qualifications:
Expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP), proficiency in Java, C++, and Python, and experience managing external partnerships.

Desirable qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Web standards, performance optimization, and Web Frameworks
• Top hard skills: partner engineering/technical consulting, coding proficiency, and bug identification
• 3-4 years of experience
