• MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Chester Le Street area.

The Job You’ll Do;

• Mostly using MIG welding although experience with other welding systems is beneficial
• Using weld and engineering drawing to work from
• Mostly working with mild steel although experience with other materials could be beneficial
• Average material thickness 2 -3mm but can go up to 10 - 12mm
• Be able to work on own initiative

About you.

• NVQ level 3, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification required.
• Need to be competent with MIG welding
• Be able to work independent and as part of a team
• Understanding of engineering drawings
