We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Welder to join a production team on the afternoon shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in producing high-quality, precision work. You’ll play a key role in helping us meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-core welding based on project requirements
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Set up welding equipment and ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Carry out fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures
• Inspect and test completed welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to work independently during the afternoon shift with minimal supervision
• Competence with grinders, saws, torches, and other metalworking tools
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials and components
• Welding certifications (CWB, AWS, etc.) are an asset but not required
