Welfare Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated Welfare Labourer to join our team on a project in Beckenham, South East London.

About the Role:

As a Welfare Labourer, you'll be vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all site personnel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all welfare facilities (toilets, canteens, drying rooms, offices, communal areas).

• Restocking supplies in welfare areas.

• Assisting with general site tidiness and housekeeping.

• Supporting the site team with various labouring duties as required.

• Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.

What We're Looking For:

• Essential: A valid CSCS card.

• Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site is highly desirable.

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• A positive attitude and good communication skills.

What We Offer:

• Consistent Monday to Friday hours (e.g., 8 am - 5 pm).
