As a Welfare Officer, you'll be a vital presence in the school, offering care, guidance, and support to pupils throughout the day. Your role will focus on ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and ready to thrive both emotionally and physically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide First Aid: Respond to minor injuries and health concerns with care and efficiency.

• Emotional Support: Be a trusted point of contact for students experiencing emotional or personal challenges.

• Family & Staff Liaison: Communicate effectively with parents and staff to coordinate student care and support.

• Promote Well-being: Champion mental health and well-being initiatives across the school.

• Support Attendance: Help monitor and improve student attendance through proactive support and engagement with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in a similar role or working closely with children.

• Kind, patient, and empathetic nature.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Paediatric First Aid trained (or willingness to complete training).
