Welsh Speaking CACHE L3

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Use the Welsh language confidently to support bilingual learning and communication.

• Plan, deliver, and support age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and development.

• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and families.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to promote children's progress and wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate records of children's learning and development.

• Comply with safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.

? Essential:

• Level 3 Diploma in Children's Care, Learning & Development (or equivalent).

• Fluent Welsh and English speaker (oral and written).

• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.

• Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.

? Desirable:

• Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

• Food Hygiene Certificate.

• Additional childcare or early years training.
