About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Wet Multi Trader for our client in the social housing sector. This temporary position involves a range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, tiling, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct plumbing repairs and installations.
• Perform tiling and flooring work.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks.
• Assess and diagnose issues in properties.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Fitting full kitcehsn & bathrooms

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Wet Multi Trader, preferably in social housing.
• Relevant plumbing, Plastering, Painting qualfications.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license.
