Rate: £40 - £50 per hour (DOE)

A well-regarded high street law firm in Barnsley is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Locum Solicitor to provide interim support during a key recruitment period. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable individual to step into a friendly, client-focused team and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts
* Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients
* Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards
* Supporting the team with ongoing client work during a period of transition

About You:

* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in Wills & Probate
* Comfortable handling matters autonomously from instruction through to completion
* Strong interpersonal and client care skills
* Available to start at short notice
