Role: WIlls and Probate Locum
Location: Rotherham (Office-Based Preferred)
Duration: 13th October 2025 - End of January 2026
Hourly Rate: £40 - £50 per hour
CRA Consulting are working with a well-established, reputable law firm in Rotherham who are seeking to appoint an experienced Wills & Probate Locum to provide cover during a key period.

The successful candidate will handle a broad caseload of Private Client matters, including:

• 
  Drafting and advising on Wills & estate planning
• 
  Administration of estates / Probate
• 
  Lasting Powers of Attorney
• 
  Court of Protection matters

You will be expected to manage files independently with minimal supervision, providing a high-quality service to clients throughout.

• 
  An experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor / Lawyer / Legal Executive with a proven track record in private client work.
• 
  Previous locum experience is desirable, but strong technical ability and adaptability are essential.
• 
  Ability to work autonomously and deliver excellent client service.

  Start Date: 13th October 2025
• 
  End Date: End of January 2026
• 
  Hourly Rate: £40 - £50 per hour
• 
  Location: Office-based in Rotherham (some flexibility may be considered)
