We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced or trainee Window Fabricator to join their busy workshop in Southend. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in a skilled trade.

• Fabricating uPVC and/or aluminium windows to specification

• Operating machinery and using hand tools

• Working from technical drawings

• Ensuring high standards of quality and health & safety

• Experience in window fabrication is ideal, but not essential - full training will be provided

• Good practical and manual handling skills

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual

• Temp-to-perm role with real career progression
