A Roll out/Deployment IT Support Engineer is required for our public sector client based in Bradford to support the Windows 11 deployment project. This is a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition, minimising disruption and maintaining high standards of patient care and data security.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Windows 11 across a variety of devices and departments.
• Provide hands-on support to end-users during and after the rollout.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to the upgrade.
• Migrate user data and ensure application compatibility.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with digital standards and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deployment progress and technical issues.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Windows 10/11 deployment projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, or similar tools.
• Experience working in a healthcare or public sector environment (NHS experience highly desirable).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider IT team.
