Wire Person

Our client is an established manufacturing company who provides testing systems. They are currently looking for experienced Wire Persons to join their hardworking and dedicated team in Hailsham, East Sussex.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience within a similar role, hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ qualification, be able to read and follow technical drawings and be competent in soldering. As a Wire Person you will be wiring the companies manufactured parts as well as PCB loading.

• Demonstrable experience within a similar role
• Possess a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ qualification
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings
• Be competent in soldering
• Have an excellent attention to detail
• Possess strong organisational skills
• Ability to work as a team member as well as individually

Your duties as a Wire Person would be:

• Wiring of companies manufactured parts including Electro Dynamic Shaker Systems
• Wiring of underwater Sonar systems
• PCB loading

Salary:

£12 – £15 per hour depending on experience

Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 39 hours per week
• 7.30am – 4.30pm, with an early finish on Friday
• Temp to Perm
