We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants and Teaching Staff to join our team. You will be working within SEN schools, supporting students with a range of needs including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to meet the individual needs of students.
• Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in education or SEN support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of students.
