Job Title: Workday Extend Integrations Developer
Location: Windsor, 1-2 days onsite per month
Remuneration: Up to £950/day
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract, 6 months, Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of programming best practises, focusing on scalability, automation, and optimisation of Workday Extend applications, including Orchestrate.
• Develop and implement a minimum of four robust Workday Extend applications tailored to meet business needs.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to deliver practical solutions that drive results.
• Ensure adherence to information security policies and practises for all integrations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, bridging the gap between IT and business.
• Integrate Workday with Outlook APIs to enhance workflow automation and data synchronisation.
• utilise large language models (LLMs) to summarise chat interactions, boosting communication efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in the Workday Extend platform is essential.
• Extensive experience in designing, estimating, and building custom software applications in Workday Extend.
• A deep understanding of Workday data and security models is crucial.
• Proven collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Experience with web service technologies (REST and SOAP) is required.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex technology solutions effectively.
• Exceptional consulting skills to translate business problems into actionable IT software requirements.
• Strong grasp of project methodologies and their role in successful project delivery.
• Ability to manage conflicting demands and perform effectively in complex situations, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region, with minimal out-of-region travel as needed.
