Workday Financials Manager - O2C Specialist

Order to Cash - Workday Financials Senior Consultant or Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - Mostly Remote)
Day Rate: Inside IR35 from £600-800 p/d depending on experience

An established consultancy client is looking to appoint a Workday Financials Manager or Senior Manager with expertise in Order to Cash (O2C). This is a great opportunity to work across enterprise transformation programmes in a client-facing leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Order to Cash workstreams within complex Workday Financials implementations.

• Advise clients on O2C best practices, including billing, customer contracts, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition.

• Own solution design and configuration across the O2C lifecycle.

• Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure delivery alignment.

• Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within the team.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Workday Financials, specifically across the Order to Cash process.

• Proven background in consulting and delivery of large-scale transformation programmes.

• Deep understanding of finance operations and Workday's functionality in O2C.

• Workday certifications are advantageous but not essential.

• Excellent client engagement and leadership skills.
