Workday Lead (12 Month FTC)

Catalyst Partners are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a global banking business based in the City of London to source a Workday Lead on a 12 month basis.

This is a newly created role that will sit within the UK HR function.

You will focus on improving, optimizing and enhancing the Workday platform with a focus across several modules.

12 months FTC offering up to £110,000 plus completion bonus. Hybrid working 2-3 days in office.

The Role:

• Leading on all process & system improvements within Workday.
• Continuous optimization for the likes of HCM, Payroll, Talent etc.
• Identify and understand the gaps within the team & global functions with a view to drive positive change.
• Stakeholder management across UK & US.
• Provide end user support by troubleshooting, focusing on technology improvements, information gathering and issue management.

Requirements:

(All requirements are ESSENTIAL & Non Negotiable)

• End to end Workday knowledge including both technical &strategic exposure.
• Experience leading on Configuration within Workday.
• Background & proven track record leading on Workday project roles on a global scale.
• Experience working within Financial Services, ideally Banking.
