Job Title: Workforce Transformation Lead

Pay rate: £400 per day

Duration: 3 - 6 months

Location: Southeast England – 1 day onsite per week

Venn Group are currently partnering with a leading NHS provider in Southeast England who are looking for a Workforce Transformation Lead who has extensive NHS experience.

Workforce Transformation Lead

Duties

• Lead and implement workforce strategies for centralisation and standardisation of services
• Review insourcing and outsourcing plans
• Develop and execute change management and cultural change initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation and with key stakeholders
• Manage consultation, restructuring processes, and integration of employees into centralised services
• Ensure compliance with employment law, Trust policies, and best practices
• Provide expertise on workforce planning, recruitment, deployment, and maintain positive employee relations

Experience

• Extensive track record of operational and strategic HR
• Evidence of effective working at a senior level in large, complex environments
• Experience of working in partnership with Trades Unions
