Job Title: Working Capital Associate - FTC
Salary: £28,400 per annum
Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term contract
Location: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

The Role

As a Working Capital Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing financial administration, analysis, and proactive working capital improvements across a variety of client engagements. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers, providing valuable insights that shape financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial administration and analysis: creating client codes, raising invoices/credit notes, chasing debts, maintaining trackers, running and analysing reports, and assisting with budget preparation.
• Leading working capital meetings with senior stakeholders, advising on financial metrics, progress against targets, and recommending improvements.

Skills & Experience

To succeed as a Working Capital Associate, you will have:

• 1-2 years' experience delivering finance support in a professional services or fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable challenging and influencing stakeholders.
• High numerical accuracy and analytical capability to interpret data and produce clear, actionable insights.
• A pragmatic, solution-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
