?? RATE: £260 - £280 per day (experience dependant)

We're looking for a freelance Site Manager/ Carpentry working foreman to provide 5 weeks work on a fit out project in Basingstoke, RG24. You'll be joining an experienced team and will primarily oversee all site operations.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a commercial fit out project with a focus on safety and compliance
• Maintain excellent health, safety and environmental standards
• Conduct quality control procedures and site safety checks
• Liaise effectively with site teams and subcontractors

?? Essential Skills & Certifications:

• Black CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Basic DBS
• Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
