I have a fantastic opportunity for a Workplace Coordinator to join a boutique Investment Bank, located in beautiful offices in the heart of Mayfair, on a 12 month contract with the potential to extend. The Coordinator would be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the London office, conducting a varied range of responsibilities to ensure the office operates efficiently whilst offering a 5 star experience.
What you’ll do:
Oversee the day to day running of the office
Facilities and equipment maintenance
Managing stock of and ordering supplies
Managing vendor contracts
Liaise with Director of Real Estate to review and recommend improvements
Meet and greet guests, serve refreshments and coordinate set up and clean-up of events
Maintaining an organised and professional space
Manage space to ensure employees are getting the most out of the area
Plan budget for all workplace expenses such as contracts, equipment and supplies
Risk management, Health and Safety and security
What you’ll need:
Degree educated – desired
Previous experience in a client facing role, preferably within Financial Services
Impeccable communication skills
To be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
A solution orientated approach
