Workplace Coordinator - Barnwood, Gloucester (GL4 3DU)Temp contract

Temp Contract £12.51 PAYE

Monday to Friday , 8:00am - 4:30pm

We're looking for a bubbly, proactive, and confident Workplace Coordinator to join a busy office in Barnwood, Gloucester the first point of contact for staff and visitors making sure everything runs smoothly and the space is well-managed and welcoming.

This role suits someone who's confident dealing with people at all levels, enjoys taking ownership, and can manage day-to-day client needs without being micro-managed.

Duties

• Being the first point of contact for staff and visitors

• Working closely with reception, facilities and building teams
• Managing meeting rooms, desk bookings and set-ups
• Keeping the office clean, tidy and safe
• Flagging and following up on any building or maintenance issues
• Helping with client events, activities and wellness support
• Opening and locking up the building with basic security checks
• Overseeing post, deliveries and stock levels

Key Skills

• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Confident communication skills
• Basic understanding of office health & safety
