Are you an experienced Workshop Administrator with a knack for the motor industry? We're looking for a dedicated and technically minded individual to join our Plant Servicing & Repair company near Basildon as a Workshop Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What you'll do:

In this fast-paced role, you'll be instrumental in keeping our workshop running smoothly. You'll handle essential administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the motor industry.
• Familiarity with workshop management systems (e.g., Audatex) is a strong advantage.
• A solid technical understanding of vehicle/plant repair processes and diagnostics.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.

The details:

• Location: Basildon
• Salary: Up to £32,000 (pro-rata for the 6-month contract)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week
• Contract: 6-month fixed-term
