As a Year 1 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to our Year 1 students, ensuring their academic and personal development. You will work closely with our teaching staff to maintain high standards of education and support the growth of our young learners.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Year 1 students.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
