Salary: MPS1 - UPS3 (dependent on experience)

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
• Implement strategies to manage behaviour positively and effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum
• Engage with parents and carers to support pupil development and progress

Key requirements of a Year 2 Teacher

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE or Bachelor of Education
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1 (desirable but not essential)
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
• A creative, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
• A team player who is committed to ongoing professional development
