As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching tailored to individual learning needs
• Create a warm, positive, and inspiring classroom atmosphere
• Foster a love of learning through creative and differentiated planning
• Work closely with a supportive year group team to deliver the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

Year 1 Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE or equivalent
• Experience teaching in KS1, ideally in Year 1 (preferred, not essential)
• Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing, inclusive teaching style
• A reflective and adaptable practitioner with a commitment to continuous development
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a vibrant school setting
