Contract Type: Full-time, Long-Term (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

Salary: MPS3-MPS6 (No ECTs)

Please note: This role is open only to teachers who are in their third year of teaching or beyond.

• Full-time Year 1 class teacher for a class of 27 pupils
• One child with an EHCP, supported by a full-time LSA
• High-quality resources and a well-structured KS1 curriculum
• Collaborative planning with a supportive year group partner
• Genuine temp-to-perm potential for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified teacher with at least two full years of teaching experience completed
• Have a solid grasp of the Year 1 curriculum and phonics teaching
• Be reflective, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about early learning
• Enjoy working closely with families and local partners in a community setting
