Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to ensure every child thrives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, including teaching assistants and the SENCO, to create a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
• Inspire curiosity, independence, and a love for learning through innovative teaching methods.

Experience:

• Prior experience teaching Key Stage 1, particularly Year 1, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of phonics, early literacy, and numeracy strategies is essential.
