Year 1 Teacher - Primary School in Ealing
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, fixed-term (with potential for permanent placement)

We are working in partnership with a thriving four-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Ealing, which is seeking a committed Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

Year 1 Teacher Responsibilities:

• A supportive senior leadership team with strong mentoring provision, particularly for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
• Excellent transport links, including nearby Elizabeth Line stations and bus routes
• A well-established behaviour policy consistently applied across the school
• Targeted CPD and career progression opportunities

Year 1 Teacher Requirements:

• Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (preferably Year 1), although ECTs will be fully supported
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and the ability to create a positive, engaging classroom environment
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to working as part of a team
• Bring creativity, resilience, and a reflective approach to their practice
