Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare daily activities, materials, and lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Ensure the safeguarding of all pupils.
• Monitor and record students' progress and development.
• Collaborate with parents and carers regarding their children's development.
• Uphold the school's values and ethos.
• Attend faculty meetings.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications (PGCE, QTS, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Classroom experience.
• Minimum of two references covering two years.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
