About the Role
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Gosport is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning
• Contribute to the wider school community and events

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 2
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for primary education and pupil development
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
