An exciting opportunity has arisen at a highly desirable, well-run one-form entry primary school in Lichfield, rated GOOD by Ofsted. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join our supportive and welcoming team from September 2025.

The role:
You will be teaching either Year 2 or Year 3 (to be confirmed) in a class of approximately 30 pupils, with part-time TA support in place. Our school is close to full capacity across all year groups, reflecting our strong reputation and supportive community.

This position offers a rare and flexible work structure:

4 full days teaching in school

0.5 day PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) time from home on Fridays - paid

QTS and relevant experience in Key Stage 1 or 2
