Year 3 LSA

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Learning Support Assistant to support a vibrant Year 3 class at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education, child development, and making a lasting impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage participation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 2.
• A calm, patient, and encouraging approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
