Year 3 SEN Teaching Assistant

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team working with year 3 pupils who require additional support with the curriculum. The role will start in September on a full-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's educational journey.
Your new role
You will be providing 1:1 or small group support for children with special educational needs along with assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities. Previous experience working with SEN children, implementing behavioural management strategies and following individual education plans is desirable.
What you'll need to succeed
Full right to work in the UK
DBS
Experience working with children with SEN
Attributes such as patience, empathy, creativity, and flexibility
An NVQ Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification is advantageous but not required.
