We are working with a three-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Harrow that is seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2025 for a maternity cover position lasting two terms.

This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to further develop their skills in a well-supported and structured environment.

Year 3 Teacher role:

• Full-time Year 3 class teaching role starting September 2025
• Delivering creative, engaging and differentiated lessons to meet a range of learner needs
• Working collaboratively with the parallel Year 3 team on planning and assessment
• Creating a safe, stimulating learning environment for all pupils
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively using a positive approach
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Year 3 Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE or Bachelor of Education
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the KS2 curriculum, ideally with Year 3 experience
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
• A creative and adaptable teacher who is passionate about making a difference
