• Monitor and assess pupil progress, giving regular feedback to pupils and parents
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE or Bachelor of Education
• Have experience teaching in primary (ideally Year 3), though ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Use creativity and initiative to support pupils' academic and personal development
• Work well independently and as part of a supportive team
