Year 3 Teacher - Kensington and Chelsea

We are working with a desirable and welcoming three form entry primary school in Kensington and Chelsea to find their new Year 3 Teacher starting from September 2025.

The role

As an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher, you will be required to foster a learning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfill their individual potential. You will also be responsible for using a variety of teaching delivery methods appropriate to the individual learning styles, and the varying demands of the curriculum, with the aid of a friendly and encouraging team.

The ideal candidate

The school believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils’ success and therefore you must have the following:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Have relevant teaching experience
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passion and enthusiasm for teaching and student success
