A forward-thinking and inclusive 3-form entry primary school in Hillingdon is seeking an experienced and ambitious Year 4 Lead Teacher to join their team from September 2025. • Lead the Year 4 team, guiding planning, assessment and teaching practices

• Maintain high standards of curriculum delivery and pupil outcomes

• Mentor and support colleagues in the year group, including early career teachers

• Teach a Year 4 class full-time with full class teacher responsibilities

• Liaise with senior leaders and contribute to whole-school improvement initiatives

• Take ownership of year group data tracking, moderation and intervention planning

• QTS and strong experience in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4 or upper KS2

• A track record of raising attainment and delivering outstanding teaching

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Experience leading a subject or phase is desirable

• A proactive, reflective and team-focused approach to teaching
