Year 4 Learning Support Assistant - Hackney

A forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in Hackney is seeking a passionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a Year 4 class. Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils in Year 4.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
• Support children with additional needs, including those with EHCPs.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals.
  
  

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience working in a primary school, ideally in Key Stage 2.
• A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
