About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Year 4 Primary Teacher to be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment where Year 4 students can thrive academically and socially. You'll design and deliver well-structured lessons across the curriculum, encouraging critical thinking, curiosity, and confidence in every student. You will bring creativity, dedication, and a passion for making learning exciting and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, mark and implement a dynamic curriculum that aligns with educational standards and meets the developmental needs of Year 4 students.
• Use diverse teaching methods and resources to support various learning styles and abilities.
• Assess, track, and report on student progress, offering constructive feedback and support to help students reach their full potential.
• Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, collaboration, and a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure each student receives well-rounded support.

Qualifications:

QTS

The ability to drive is desired but not essential.
