As the Year 4 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to Year 4 pupils

• Foster a nurturing, positive learning environment that supports all abilities

• Assess progress, provide feedback, and ensure every child meets their potential

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

• Uphold the school's high expectations for behaviour and learning

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE or Bachelor of Education

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Ability to plan creatively and differentiate effectively

• A team player with initiative, enthusiasm, and a commitment to pupil progress
