Academics are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Colchester that is seeking a Year 4 Teacher to join their team from May 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated teacher to step into a long-term role and make a real impact in the classroom.

The Role:

• Full-time Year 4 Teacher position in Colchester
• Delivering engaging and creative lessons tailored to the needs of all learners
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to support pupil progress

What We Are Looking For:

• A qualified Year 4 Teacher (QTS required)
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality education and training
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners
