They are looking for a dedicated year 4 teacher to join their team from September for the duration of the academic year. There is also an option to transition into a permanent role.

Your new role

• Developing and delivering dynamic lessons that inspire and challenge Year 4 pupils.
• Creating a classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and enthusiasm for learning.
• Assessing student progress and providing tailored feedback to help each child reach their potential.
• Implementing positive behaviour management strategies to maintain a focused and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure every pupil's success.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• A passion for education and a commitment to fostering ambition and respect in young learners.
• Excellent classroom management skills, ensuring lessons remain interactive and engaging.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, supporting a thriving school community.
• Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a dedication to helping pupils grow academically and personally.
