Salary: £36,413 - £48,532 (M1-M6 Outer London)

SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working with a primary school in Ealing, looking to appoint a Year 4 Teacher from September 2025. This is a full-time role for the academic year, with a strong likelihood of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Full-time teaching position in Year 4, starting in September 2025

• Deliver the Key Stage 2 curriculum, with a focus on promoting strong academic and personal outcomes

• Collaborate closely with the parallel class teacher and phase leader to plan engaging, differentiated lessons

• Support end-of-year assessments and track pupil progress effectively

• Salary range: £36,413 - £48,532 (Outer London M1-M6, based on experience)

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4

• Strong literacy and numeracy teaching skills

• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• Committed to fostering high expectations and supporting pupil progress

• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a positive school culture
