Vision Teaching is working in partnership with a nurturing and inclusive two-form entry primary school in Abbey Wood to appoint a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Year 4 Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a love of learning in a collaborative Key Stage 2 team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the Year 4 National Curriculum

• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils

• Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform teaching

• Work closely with the parallel Year 4 teacher and wider staff to share best practice and resources

• Build strong relationships with families and contribute to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally as a Year 4 Teacher

• A nurturing, child-centred approach and strong classroom management skills

• A commitment to inclusive, high-quality education for all pupils

• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
