SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting on behalf of a 2-form entry primary school in Hounslow.

They are looking for a year 4 teacher to cover part of a maternity contract. The role is from May- July 2025. The role could continue on from September 2025 for the right candidate.

About the school

The school is proud to foster a trauma informed approach to education and behaviour management. The school were trail blazers in conducting significant research around children's brain development, shame, self- image and boundaries, and came up with a relationship-based approach to behaviour management.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal year 4 teacher

• Will have previous experience as a year 4 teacher
• Will have QTS
• Will be able to deliver practical, creative and engaging lessons that facilitate independence and growth
• Will believe in a holistic approach to education
