Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to Year 5 students.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the school team to support student development and well-being.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience in teaching Year 5 or similar age groups.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
